- The 2020 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Leogang are under serious lockdown with pit accessed closed. Every once in a while, bikes and riders get out for a breather and we got to check out some bikes. I would love to know why quite a few riders choose the XTR's over the Saint brakes. Does anyone know?
TheRealN 97 I'd say the reason for that is the superior modulation the xtr s have compared to the saints
Shimano hasn’t released an updated Saint groupset in about 6 years. The XTR levers in the latest release (9100) have an extra bracing piece on the inside that contacts the bar and adds rigidity and feel to the lever. Right now, it’s shimano’s top brake and equally as powerful as the Saint with a better feel
