I think he was really under pressure to get his first solo stage. I just felt it in his voice ... his voice was trembling slightly and not as usual. and his face looked very nervous at the time. but, he has to try again and sing all the songs he prepared.
Taeil's voice type is stronger and Doyoung's voice type is softer. I hope they can try again and become king.

Yeah if he would have not debuted under NCT,he would have had a music degree from a prestigious college which he withdrawed from...but he would have met NCT regardless of his choice. Might even have become SM vocal trainer after graduation.

Taeil isn't my bias, but he's so close to becoming it. I joined nctzens in January 2021, so I'm still pretty new and the first time I fell in love with taeils voice was when I listened to Simon Says. His high note was wonderful it rlly put the song together. Whether taeil is your bias or not he puts nct together. His voice fulfills what nct songs are build of. I hope they give him opportunities to shine by himself sometimes as well. He's overlooked and underrated. I hope the rest of the kpop Fandom finds him and shows him appreciation.

Taeil’s voice just blows me away! In all of my love for music and vocals from the world over and spanning four decades, his is one of the best I’ve heard, locally and internationally! His voice and tone is so precise, so clear and the transition from high to low and vice versa is such a joy to listen to!
How he conveys emotions through singing just sears your soul, i cannot help but shed tears a couple times.. I love the impeccable way that his voice isn’t grating even when he belts the high notes, it’s still so pleasing to your eardrums unlike some singers that make you flinch involuntarily when they do more of a yell than a belt or make you brace yourself as if they’re gonna buckle.. In Taeil’s case, you just know he’ll deliver and deliver he does excellently!
My fervent wish is for him to be able to showcase a lot more of his own solo singing, whether covers or originals.. I am sure we couldn’t get enough when that happens!

Tho both of them are just great themselves, they're just nervous and burden. Ofc they always had members to perform with them and standing alone in stage brings a different type of nervousness.
