You mentioned that Prodrugs should not be administered orally but the most common routes of administration for the above mentioned drugs are orally.
Plus I found the following paragraph online.
Prodrugs can be developed for many routes of administration: oral, intravenous, intramuscular, inhalation, transdermal, and more. Nevertheless, the oral route is the most common and desirable route of administration; therefore, oral prodrugs are emphasized in this article. Our main goals are to provide the key concepts of the prodrug approach, provide an overview of successfully registered oral prodrugs, and analyze their gained therapeutic advances in comparison to the parent drug. Furthermore, successful examples of prodrugs, either already on the market or in clinical trials, are presented, emphasizing their pharmaceutical/therapeutic/clinical advantages compared to the parent drug.

Ma'am I have one question
Acidic drug absorb from stomach becouse same environment and basic drug absorb from basic medium but but why basic drug is not ionizing in stomach becouse basic drug first will pass from stomach then will reach in intestine and then will absorb from intestine but why basic drug should be ionized in stomach due to opposite environment
Because they are acid coated drugs
Bro That's because absorption can only take place in same medium ( as the drug can't get ionised or water soluble) . The drug remains unionised or lipid soluble and since the outer layer of cells of the body are made up of phospholipid so they can easily get absorb whereas water soluble ionic drugs can't enter into lipid bilayer hence it's not soluble In opposite medium....
