I feel like probably late summer they'll give a drop for a 2025 release date. I've been waiting for a LONG time, but like you said too, I'd rather them take their time polishing it than just rushing the release. (Even if I am antsy to get my hands on it)
Hopefully it doesn't all turn out like TWD Season 2: lots of cut content., but considering how long it's taking...
TWD Season 2 felt like a rushed job and was the worst one in my opinion.
I don’t see why Telltale even went bankrupt they should be making money and expanding surely? They make somewhat low budget simple games that are still largely popular and sell a lot?
They took on too many projects at once and it was expensive developing them all concurrently (TWD, Batman, GoT, Minecraft, Borderlands etc). Plus investors were probably squeezing them dry and making unreasonable demands as often happens with these small companies.
@@TrueEnglishMan01Twd,Batman,GoT and Minecraft,BTTF, Guardians all should been promote on TV during commercials. I will never get why they haven't though about a TV deal.
They apparently also had to put money into getting the rights to use everything. Meanwhile they could have made their own original stuff and no one would have complained.
You know it costs money to license famous IT'S, right? Batman, Guardians of the Galaxy. Game of Thrones. All of those probably cost a LOT of money
