I have a hard time accepting what is because of the actions I took in the past. It affected me a lot. So as a result I feel shame and guilt. It’s nothing negative, it was more like an opportunity I had with someone that I didn’t took. It’s a bit confusing but idk I’m seeing now that I just got to move on from it because you’re right. It does stop your growth.
