Hope you guys are doing better during this month. A lot of our traditional drinks/ways of cold remedies definitely do work. I hope your fiance is also okay. My mother is in the hospital not with Covid but with other issue, please pray for her guys and I hope you have a wonderful December everyone.

I am happy you guys are better. My hubby is getting over it & I'm telling you that was the hardest 2 weeks of my life 😔 I am thankful I have a strong immune system however, it hurts when you can't do anything. Many blessings to everyone 🙏🏼💚

You should call the special COIVD cleaners and sanitize everything in your house.

Vegetables and healthy eat don't drink too much hot water for cough the cough might not vanish if inhaler prescribed don't go for a capsule inhaler drink lot fluids don't use phone , laptop technology don't eat and lye down right after eating ok get a ri8 size pillow
Don't eat oily spicy food for a long while take lukewarm water bath drink luke warm water don't drink hot water it will cause stomach palpitations u may get palpitation in left hand don't sleep on your stomach avoid it. I recovered from typhoid dint follow anything suffering from stomach and ovarian cyst issues it's very painful get an ultrasound done if you experience pain in pelvic ultrasound in your pelvic
