1) Kizami Zuki

3) Gyaku Zuki
4) Kizami Zuki + Gyaku Zuki
5) Kizami Zuki + Gyaky Zuki + Mawashi Geri (Roundhouse Kick)
6) Kumite Blitz + Mawashi Geri
7) Feint + Mawashi Geri
8) Feint + Ura Mawashi Geri (Hook Kick)
9) Ashi Barai (Leg Sweep) + Mawashi Geri
10) Kizami Zuki + Ushiro Ura Mawashi Geri (Spinning Hook Kick)

Thanks for the kumite content. I’m 1st Dan now…its hard to believe I dont think it has set in yet. I promise to myself it is not a destination and your videos are a reminder that I need to continue sharpening my tools…it comes with swag, lol…got an extra pip to your step mine was earned. 5 hours, no water or food, i was dehydrated 1 hr and half in. You have to dig deep. I am very sore and still recovering. A day i will remember forever. On purpose i set goals for myself such as competing in Worlds next year. My crew is suggesting I finish this year in advanced division I accepted the challenge plus it teaches me a lesson in humility. Thanks for your inspiration and always staying motivated…in alot of ways you have contributed to my successes and I appreciate that. ⛩🥋🔥🥷🏾⛩🙏🏾
