ohmygod- Emma was a camp counselor at my summer camp for years. She taught me to ride horses, she is just the most spectacular human being!!
she definitely seems to be!
That's so amazing. Thanks for sharing what a great person she is and the impact she had on you. We often don't get to know how we have shared important life lessons / special time with other's whom we have impressed in some way. Bless your heart hon ✌🏼🫶🏼🖖🏼
What an unselfish human being. Even tho she loved and spend countless hours with this animal she didn’t let her bond distract her from what was actually best for the animal and not her needs and wants. We need more human beings like her! ❤️
So beautiful. This is definitely honoring an animals spirit.
Thank you so much for your compassion & wisdom.
You did right by this animal, putting his needs before your wants.
Many blessings to you & your family. Also, the wonderful people at the ranch ❤
Exactly 💯... Listening to the animal and recognizing what's best for him may not be what you want is soooo hard. Amazing compassion and wisdom on display here.
You gave him a chance at a life roaming free. Best situation for him considering his wild nature.
Love the way u think!!! U r a very special, heartfelt person!!! Keep up the great work u do!!!
Stunningly beautiful Zorse🎉❤
so glad you got this special animal and truly helped him thanks for sharing this story 🙏🏻
The horse parent must've been awesome! There's a reason why Africans never domesticated zebras to ride 😂
Interesting about the ears as most mules and donkeys love the inside of ears rubbed or scratched.
Zonkeys are even harder to do anything with.
❤ that owner did the best by the animal.
Amazing dedication she did for him and to realize he needed to be free was the ultimate gift!!
Lovely story thank you
I wonder if he’ll pass on any of the striped genes to any offspring! It would be really interesting to see how the genetics of the sanctuary herd present in a couple generations
The vast majority of zorses are sterile
Is he fixed or is he able to make babies with the mares?
Crosses like that (mules, zorses, zonkeys) are usually unable to have kids anyways. I believe there has been only a few documented cases of them not being born sterile
Where is this place in the States? How does a horse and zebra produce a cross here? US Customs prohibit bringing zebras into the states. Where did this cross come from?
There are already zebras in the states they are prohibited now but how do you think American zoos have them? Also there are people that want a zebra they will get one if you have enough money the black market is fully open to you (not that I ever would want or have a need for going threre.
@@anyabar4618 but how did they get there? That's the real question
They should just let zebras run wild.
Thinking a zorse is a good idea is really stupid!
