    is it possible with IMAP can sync with iphone calendar ?

    • @ICDSoftHosting
      @ICDSoftHosting  Před 8 měsíci

      No, IMAP does not have calendar functionality, as it is used only for email access. You could use an external calendar service and integrate it on all devices/email programs, however. If you are a customer of ICDSoft, contact us via email, chat, or the ticketing system, and we will provide detailed information.

      It would be best to contact your exchange server provider and discuss the issue with them. Explain your issue in detail, provide any error messages you get, and they should be able to offer a solution.

    I have installed the Outlook mail app on my mobile (iPhone 13); after configuring the mail, emails are being sent and received, but the notification of new emails does not come. When I open the mail app, the email is received.

      You need to make sure that you have enabled push notifications for the app. You can check the Microsoft documentation for more information - support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-can-i-turn-push-notifications-and-sounds-on-or-off-ef8be4f4-85f9-4a90-8c4b-a27f483a0f0a

    No matter what I do, it gives me error messages. The passwords are correct and the servers are correct.

      @@ICDSoftHosting I did. They confirmed that all the settings are correct. (port numbers, etc.)

      @@STORMVISE If all settings are correct but you receive errors, then your email provider must advise why you receive these errors and assist you to resolve the matter. Or at least point you in the right direction. If your email provider is not cooperative, you can consider switching to another one. There are plenty of hosting and email providers, free and paid. If you are paying someone, it is their job to assist/advise you.
