素人です。動画とても参考になりました。また、エンディングで実践してるのでしょうか…？めっちゃいい感じだと思います！！！
疑問なのですが、売れている曲の手法の分析や実践など、かなり高いクオリティでされている方がいる(と思う)中で、売れている人とそうでない人の差ってなんなんでしょうか？
例えば繊細な音作りが必要だったり、バンドメンバーを揃えたり、演奏技術が必要だったり、音楽的な理由なのか、
クリエイターとしてのブランディング、宣伝力、マーケティング、などビジネス的な理由なのか、
単純に自信がなかったり、音楽で食っていこうとしてるわけじゃなかったり、本業との兼ね合いで時間がなかったり、何かしら限界を感じてたりとか、マインド的な問題だったりするのでしょうか。
ここでする質問ではないかもしれないですが、もしなにか意見があれば、教えてください！

これはあくまで私個人の意見ですので参考程度に捉えてもらえると助かります。
どの程度売れるのか、有名になるかにもよりますが、運やタイミングの要素も結構あると思います。
質問者様が上げた要素を備えている人達は沢山いると思いますが、ある曲がネットでバズる、大物の目に留まるなどきっかけが無いと売れるのは難しいです。
同じ曲でも時代によってはバズらない可能性もあります。
着眼点が鋭い方やマーケティングが上手い方もいますが、物凄く売れるかどうかは未知数です。
ただし、実力や人柄など何かしらの魅力が無ければ、その運やタイミングを掴むことはできないですし、実力をコンスタントに発揮できないければ良くて一発屋で終わってしまいます。
まとめると、大きく売れたり物凄く人気になるには運やタイミングの要素も大きいですが、それらをものにするには実力等が必要であり、売れる前や売れた後も音楽と真剣に向き合って成長し続ける覚悟がいると考えます。
