Our issues are not being able to get into our old accounts because our home burnt and with everything lost after changing passwords etc. When we were hacked 2step verification kept us locked out of our old accounts, and my fiance and I were one another's backups, so accounts were deleted do to inactivity for 3yrs fighting to get it fixed to lose all we were working on, what do you do then?

I like this video you get straight to the point without making the video too long.
I did an ad campaign with separate ad group few weeks ago. This method is definitely legitimate I promoted 3 separate videos with a budget of $1 a day. This ran for a few weeks, I had some good results as well as not so good results comments wise lol but they are real. I also ran an ad campaign with daily budget of $10 a day. The less expensive campaign had better results then the expensive one. A lot has to do with how much your willing to spent on ads but target audience is also something you have to look at when running Google ads.
@Moviesondemandtv they went up until I was limited by budget. So I did Google recommendations and ended up paying $16 per subscriber I let that ride for 2 weeks before quitting the campaign. It was getting expensive with very little results as far as growth and engagement. Googles way of pocketing money.. I tried I guess I’m just not good running google ad campaigns

at the :49 mark in your video, you say select "custom video campaign" on the Select a campaign subtype. There is no "custom video campaign" option. Please advise. Thank you
They changed it unfortunately, they're only doing one type of ad now and charge per viewing ad rather than watching the 30s threshold

CZcams has changed the ads set up. The option of custom video campaigns has been removed. You can't choose instream campaigns alone anymore.

But the problem is when I'm running it, I receive many Spam messages and Spam Orders from people living in the countryside, even if I target rich and big cities.
