I’ve tried contacting you regarding a bronco for the past 2 years. Good job on the water fast. I am 37 hrs into a 72 hr fast. Trying to fast 3 times a week.
I do fasting. But I do hydrogen water, and black coffee. On day two at dinner I take bone broth. I have not made it a full three days so shits out to you congratulations

Good for you Jorge on the fasting. Did a 3 day myself a couple weeks ago and did an 8 day about 4 years ago, felt incredible and dropped 21 pounds.
