Those saying K milk ya meat ka skin glow se koi taluq nahi, she did mention that she had acne, and it differs with everybody kuch log dairy sensitive hoty hain, un ki acne worse ho jati H ya they start breaking out even thora sa doodh ya dahi consume krny sy, so it's different for everybody, this is my personal experience, har insan ko milk se acne ho ye zaruri nahi h 😊😬
