Really handy video. Two corrections. On your turns example when Alfred played his lightning card raising lowest affinity it should have raised his Dane affinity (which his special ability would have converted to 5 VP instead). Secondly when Uhtred changed allegiance in Alfred’s region, Uhtred should have gained 3 action tokens as part of Alfred’s ability.
You are correct on both counts! Thanks for pointing that out. Sometimes I miss these things while trying to video and play and explain all at the same time. Luckily I wasn’t chewing gum or there probably would be more mistakes….haha
Lol I get my share of rules wrong and can’t imagine and if I was filming myself as three handing sample gameplay it would be a mess, This video is great and insanely helpful. Just got a chance to get this to the table twice last night and loved it!
King Alfred, why'd you have to die so young--broke my heart when that happened. This game looks like a solid play, and inconsistencies in the rulebook can be house ruled. I hope this comes to retail for a decent price--I'm interested in playing Dane all the way. "Destiny is All!"
