In seven minutes I went from being completely ignorant on how flow charts work to finishing a flow chart in my head about pouring milk in under 2 minutes. Thank you for this simple yet very effective explanation... I really wish that I knew I was a "visual learner" when I was in school.
thats because you arent! please go watch veritasiums video on this topic
@@frederikja2210 Veritasium videos always make me think a second time regarding the topic. He makes wonderful content. But a search on Google and his channel for flowcharts did not yield anything. I would enjoy watching the video you are thinking of.
@@RobotRiedingerEd he is talking about the concept of visual learners
@@wienerpolse9115 I think it Vertasium talks about why there is no such things as a visual learner.
I've never thought......that pouring a glass of milk........was so.......complexed.
me too
Yes,, I am grading my students' versions right now.
@@RobotRiedingerEd do you have the answer?
I'm just not sure how granular to be.
I never though deciding to pour a glass of milk was so complicated
Thank you! My students enjoyed watching this. They have a great example of how flowcharts are created!
You are welcome. Glad I could help.
@@RobotRiedingerEd how do i draw the flowchart according to every exam scenario
Amazing, you just made flow charts super easy to create. Thank you very much.
Thanks a lot ❤ the explanation was very clear and simple, I was having trouble understanding how to make flowcharts thank goodness I came across this video
This is a great start to flowcharting. Simple and easy to understand.
Thanks for the well informed video. I was watching my regular daily gamedev stream i watch. We went over flowcharts so I've been studying it ever since. Glad to have found this video cuz I have been thinking on how to develop ideas for my first game I'm trying to create. This made it clear for me thanks so much. :)
Anyone else watching this for homeschooling
Hmmm ?
Yeah I'm watching this for homeschooling
One of our assignment. lol
Lmao here
Yea
This dude is clearly underrated!! Clean explanation man❤️
I really like this guy's voice inflection lol... the kind of guy that I'd pay full attention during presentation.
I can vouch for that, he's my teacher haha
Can confirm that it is easy to pay attention
@@FrankieWithAY omg hi franky
This was a ux and geometry lesson all in one! Thx!
ei you😂
Thank you, I am new to this flowchart world.
You are welcome.
I like the way that this guy robot riedinger replies 2 years later this guy writes this
Thank you for sharing this detailed video, this has helped me complete my case study for my quality assurance class
Well that was epic... gotta computer science paper tomorrow and i was at zero what this all about. Thanks for your service dude.
Thank you! No one ever taught me this and I needed to make one at work!
Thanks so much you explained it very clear and very helpful to me
Thanks man, You are a very good teacher!
Excellent video: theory, example and exercise for experiencial learning, by slightly increasing the difficulty level. That was a fantastic onboarding to flowcharts! Thank you so much!
thank you a lot , finally a simple and effective explanation :)
Thanks sir it helped me to learn a lot about how to create a flowchart.
Thank you. super helpful!
This was so helpful thank you!!! You are such a saver
dude you video is amazing, so easy to learn! many thanks!
This was super helpful... Thank you so much.
thank you, really clear. You also have a sweet voice.
really really really helpful and good example
This helped.😊👍.
helped me a lot! thank you sir!
Thank you so much for this, it is so helpful!
he will say"your are welcome" after 2 years

Thanks for the video! It really helped
Great explanation. Thank you.
DUDE your a lifesaver
HE'S REAL GOOD TEACHER
Perfect. Thank you sir.
Great video! Thanks a lot! :D
Thanks I am also new in this Flowchart chp..
You're a good teacher, and they way you comunicated, is teaching at its best.
Thank you.
thanks and I would like to say that it is so helpful.
Would love to see more advanced examples from you.
I have talked with some friends how are more advanced than I am, but we have not gotten it done yet. Eventually, I hope.
Before this I was confused between the process and in/output block, thx for this :)
Glad it helped.
Simple and easy love from INDIA 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🙂🙂🙂🙂🤗🤗
This helped tremendously! I didn't see where you showed the display box? I'm confused how to use tha texactly?
Great video. Quick idea, tweak the last question to "how to drink a glass of milk" so that taking out the milk and glass, pouring, putting away etc. are more natural related steps
I feel like I have the hang of it but then I am ask to create one and I lose all confidence but regardless of that you helped out more than. I expected!! Whooohoo
Thanks, good luck.
Thanks for the help
Parts are at 1:32
super helpful !!!
i have a quiz 40 min left and this is very helpful thx
Glad I could help.
Nice job!
Please make more examples for this please. Like computing or evolves arithmetic
Making a second part with more examples is a good idea.
i like programming beacuse you can make your games
Thanks for the video. Pouring a glass of milk will never be the same from now on.
The "Start/End" geometric symbol (1:39) to start or end a flow chart is shaped like a Twinkie. This is no coincidence! :O
thank you so much sir it really helped me respect from pakistan
More examples please. A helpless student like me badly need it :
Really helpful
Make a Flowchart of different types of computers
Thanks
thankyou sir
Easily understandable....very nice
Thank you
It helped 👍👍
Thanks , i had exam tommorow
I have exam tomorrow 😭🤣
Thank you
what is the answer to the question you asked at the last
How do you represent a function
thank you
I am new to learning flow charts. I am attempting to teach myself this type of logic to write programs for our Opto PAC controllers. Can you recommend any videos or material for a beginner such as myself? I am already an electrician that wires our electrical panels so I understand that end of it, I look forward to hearing from you, and thank you in advance.
Wow, don't know much about Opto PAC Controllers. My students program VEX Cortex controllers and FRC Robo Rio controllers for the robots we build. There does seem to be material out there but I am not qualified to pick and choose for you. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. I found those videos you posted for Opto but they are more about how to use the Opto interface to write the flow charts, not necessarily information on how to write a flow chart program to perform a function. The stuff in your video was a great starting point. It's pretty remarkable how there doesn't seem to be a "go to" place to learn how to do this stuff, almost everyone I have met seems to be self taught.
I hope you found what you were looking for.. cheers
Better than what my teacher sent
Very Nice Video Go A Head
Thanks man
Amazing vid thx!!!!👌👌👌
Thank you, glad it was helpful.
When?
i have an assignment to determine the course of a ship in matlab or julia and here i am still learning how to make a flowchart........
Have to start somewhere! This is an excellent place to learn. How did your assignment turn out?
What is the difference between an Output Box and a Display Box?
What program you used to draw the flowchart ?
Don’t think you still need an answer but this might help others, flowall (I think I spelt that right) is a good and easy software for flowcharts
Arigato sensei
Are there any difference between Input/Output and Process, and what is the function of Display?
Duane Russell Veluz input n output is what u put in the system n what u want ur end result to be. Process is the method u need to use to get the output(ur end result)
Salute
But what if the input and the process is in the result what symbol should I use
thanks a lot, i have an exam
same here
Thank u

Is there this video only or there is more

Thankyouuuuuuuu
You are welcome.
Why are you pointing to the arrow not to the say number rectangle?
Whats the answer to the Milk problem?
Since we are counting odd numbers from 1 to 9.... In the decision box,why not say "Is number = to 9,then end.... instead of "is number greater than 9"? I thought the process should end the moment we get to 9.
Where is the part about getting a link for the flowchart?
Making a second part with more advanced steps is a good idea.
very helpful
Thanks.
thank u. u da man.
Great, my wife will be pleased.
Huh?
thank you
algorithm "do"
✨👍✨
Thanks
can we see a pic of the solution for the flowchart for the pouring a glass of milk
What's the difference between a Process shape and An Input/Output?
2 years late, but the process shape is a rectangle, and the input and output shapes are parallelograms.
