Hi Ely! I must say, you are a very organized person. Galing! Nung nursing student pako (2008-2012) we are using SOAPIE (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan, Intervention, Evaluation) for charting. Natutunan ko nalang yung ADPIE nung RN nako during my first year sa hospital. Madugo for me ang SOAPIE. Fave ko before ang NCPs and Nursing Process. Right now I am working as an Occupational Health Nurse and Ambulatory Care Nurse. Anyway, push lang and kaya mo yan! God bless my future colleague!
NCPs!!! haha i miss making those! madugo ang papers ko noon especially at NCP part ang daming red ink! minimum of 5 NCPs each patient! but thank god graduate na ako dyan 😂.ER Nurse here! I’m new to your vlog and i love your videos!
