    Hi Siddhi..
    I've heard that the total deduction is around 52%, which include tax, retirals, insurance etc..
    And in first 6 months you get little less salary and next 6 months you get just right amount, which actually averages to exactly 50% less than you gross salary..
    For example if someone has gross salary of 20k per month then he would be earning between 10-11k in hand...
    Is that true?

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Vishal , total take home salary would be 14k PLN in hand if you file joint declaration (taxation) with the spouse and if not then it would be around 12- 12.5k PLN net. The 52% you have mentioned is applicable for a salary over n above 126k PLN (per year) , before that tax rates are much lower. So on an avergae your take home ratio shoould be around 60-63 % for a gross salary of 20k pln per month.
      I hope its helpful .

    • @VishalGupta-ko6in
      @VishalGupta-ko6in Před 2 lety

      @@SiddhiVlogs thanks Siddhi..
      Yes that's helpful. But as you mentioned the deduction would be 52% is the gross salary exceeds 126k annually..but if my per month salary is 20k then per year it would be 240K..which exceeds 126k..so that means around 52% deduction...right ?

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety +1

      It is a progressive taxation , so your tax till 126k pln would be 17% with first 30 k pln exempted from tax , after that (240k-126k) would be subjected to 32% of tax , also for pension fund contribution cap is 177000 pln so on an average total deduction is way less then 52% on average, it would be still high around 35-40% on overall 2.4 lakh pln per year.

      Hi Sunil, Well i dont have any clue about Krakow .I have been there just for few days .so based on that i would try to answer your queries .
      1)Warsaw and Krakow are equally good for Indians. In Warsaw may be u ll find more Indians than in Krakow .
      2)I am sorry but i am absolutely clueless about this.
      3) Cost of living is almost the same , however only the rent charges may fluctuate in both the cities.
      There is a common chain of grocery stores across Poland named BEIDRONKA , so grocery n everything will cost you the same ,transpost cost is same so just rent may vary . And if you want to check i recommend you to check on ottodom.pl or olx.pl for exact differences.

      Hi Ratnesh , thanks for your appreciation !
      Well 40 lakh in India is really good amount and I feel one can save more in a family of two with this much salary .
      Getting 21k in Poland is not bad either for a couple , also there are other opportunities to explore the other EU countries. So if you want to only save from your salary then you should not move to Poland at all, but if you are intrrsted in visiting few countries , experiencing the change in lifestyle, then you can opt for Poland. And one can always switch to India from poland but vice versa may not be that easy . Hope this helps .

      Forex card does work , we did manage all the initial expenses with our forex card only, so i guess urs should also work . Anyways, you should carry some Euros and get them exchanged to PLN here .
      For the airport cab you can do two things either book a cab from airport only and pay them in Euros (they do accept Euros ) but that will be too expensive . I dont know for some reason they charge hefty amount . OR you can book Uber , all you have to do is book uber cab and wait for the cab at the departures gate (ground floor) and not at arrivals exit gate (basement) . Uber cabs dont come to Arrivals exit gate . You can easily go to the departures gate using the elevators , so its going to be a seamless process . I hope his helps 👍🏻👍🏻

      Hi , if 20K is your gross salary its good but if its net then I think it would be just sufficient for four of you. Cost of living depends on your lifestyle also , So decide accordingly .
      In public (Govt run) schools n kindergartens , the medium of instruction is Polish and the child does not need to know the polish language for the initial years then gradually in Primary classes kids are given polish classes or tutorial to come in the mainstream . And also young kids learn polish language much faster if they are in that environment from a very early age.
      As you already mentioned ,this is not the case with International schools , the medium of instruction there is only English . I hope i have answered your queries. Good luck for ur stay in Poland👍🏻

      Hi Pradeep, Well in my opinion it would be just sufficient not very good or very bad amount for a family of four. Also you have two kids who would start kindergarten soon , that would also cost you heavy amount (if you plan to send them to international Kindegarten) but if you wish to send them to PUBLIC KINDERGARTEN , it will be free.
      So it'll all depend on your lifestyle , and
      Choices you make about your kids schooling.

      Hi, we have been Visiting Medicover ( private hospital ) , and have not faced any issue so far. Also we are covered in Medicover so all the visits were non payable. I prefer Medicover or any other private hospital cos there we find English speaking pediatrician which is not always possible in gvt hospitals there. But having said that , govt hospitals are equally good and if one can manage with polish speaking doctor, its a good thing. To conclude i would say pediatricians or any medical help is easily available .

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety +2

      Hi, your pay offer is very decent and should be okay for a family of three.
      As far as language is considered , yes people speak only polish most of the times especially the old age people , they prefer to speak only polish. But you ll find people who speak english as well so i dont think that would an issue for u .So in most of the public places like malls ,restaurants,hotels, etc u ll find english speaking people.And just in case you are stuck in any situation , u can always switch to google translator.
      And for your child i would suggest you to put her in Private schools as they are English medium schools,just that their fees will range from 2500-3500 pln (per month) so u can decide accordingly. The public schools here are also very very good , but their medium of instruction is polish and they teach English as a foreign language ,so you can decide for your child , just Fyi there is no fees in public schools , you just have to pay 300-400 pln per month for child's meals
      .
      I hope this information helps you .

I mean there are families who are managing in this amount but thats just enough for the survival here, i dont think you can expect any savings with that much money. Also since your child is a toddler , sooner he/she will be going to Kindergarten ,public kindergarten are free here( u just pay for the meals ie 250PLN per month) and its polish medium completely, whereas if you plan to put ur child in Private( english medium) kindergarten , they charge 2500-3000 PLN per month. And also sometimes some unexpected things can also appear and one has to keep funds for that also . So i dont think moving here for 7k in hand is a good deal.

      Well I am sorry but I have absolutely no clue as to how much offer you should ask for .
      Since you are already getting 22LPA in India , you should calclulate on the basis of savings you make here. So my suggestion is , roughly calculate all the expenses (Like rent,grocery,trasportation etc) +Plus the taxation 34% approx , based on this you can calculate as to how much money you are going to save if you plan to move to Poland. And then probably you can ascertain the amount you should be asking for from your employer . Hope it makes sense 👍🏻

      Very much confusion am having
      1. If I missed the chance not sure will I get again
      As per rough cal if I spend 4 -5 k pln per month I can save remaining 6-7k Pln (6k*18 = 1L )
      2.My wife also working in One of IT company as a SAP consultant can she get the job after moving to Poland.
      3.. Is it possible to get job in Germany if I work 1 year or 2 year here

      1) So I think for experience and exposure you can consider this opprotunity . And as you said 15k they are offering you ,which is good for a couple here and yes you can explore other neighbouring countries as well.
      2) Your wife can get access to labour market if you get a blue card (that you can ask your HR, they ll guide you better about the process and formalities ).
      3) I have zero knowledge about that , i am sorry .

    Hi Siddhi, I have a Job Offer in Wroclaw, Poland, and will be joining in three months, I have two school-going children Primary and High School, any affordable English school available, Is there any option in Public school.

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Anees , Actually I dont reside in wroclaw , so i really dont have any clue about the international schools there. However if you wish to send your kids to public school , it will be difficult for the high schooler to adapt, coz the medium of instructions would be polish and English would be taught as a foriegn language.
      And if your younger child is in early grades (say 1,2 or 3) she would still be able to manage n learn polish quickly. The younger the child , the sooner he/she would learn polish language (this applies , if at all you wish to send them in public schools , otherwise jn international school ,everything will be english) .

    You are doing great work. Thanks for videos.
    Pls suggest on below queries
    1. Is 13k PLN gross monthly is good salary to survive for family of 3 - husband , wife and kid.? Pls advise
    2. Can wife apply for dependent residence permit and try searching job once land over there.?
    Thanks.

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety

      Thanks for your feedback , i m glad you liked the video.
      1) 13k should be okay for a family of 3, if you plan to put your child into public Kindergarten or public schools then its okay . But if you send your child to international school , you ll have to pay heavy fees monthly , so that could be s deciding factor in your case.
      2) yes she ll get dependent TRC based on your service and since your salary is 13k gross , she ll get BLUE CARD, which does mean access to the labour market . But this cant be done immediately after you land here coz Blue Card(TRC) takes time . So you may have to wait atleast 6-8 months.
      I hope this helps .

    Hi Siddhi,
    How much monthly cost i will have if i am planning to move to Warsaw with my wife , daughter and dad. Considering i would rent out 2 bhk in city center. And how about medical facilities over there ? Considering i have small baby of 2 years.

    • @SiddhiVlogs
      @SiddhiVlogs  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Anup , see monthly cost of living depends on various factors , I tried to include those points in this video ,so may be you would get better idea after watching that. As far as the rent goes ,for 2 bhk in city centre , it would be around 3500 PLN n above per month. Medical facilities are good here in public and private hospitals,so dont worry about that. I came here when my son was 1 year old and everything like his vaccinations, routine check ups etc went really well. I hope this informations helps.
      Good luck for your stay in Poland .
