LOL silly, you must turn off defender before you download this kind of software. Of course it's going to say Trojan, but it is not a malicious virus, but is is a Trojan. Look at it like this, say you download a cracked game you otherwise would have to pay for, the cracked game has a hacked key, that hacked key is a Trojan. because it is a software that masks itself as a legitimate program intended to trick the server/ game into thinking that the key is legit but in all honesty, that Trojan is non malicious. That Trojan is a necessity to run the cracked game. Without the Trojan, you must buy the game honestly.
That is pretty normal. VirusTotal uses lots of antivirus engines to scan files, and these antivirus engines are designed on assumptions which of course will identify special software like this as threats; this also happens with software cracks. Thus, it's YOU the one who ultimately MUST KNOW what to trust and what not.
