Deepa Kulai She is saying about chromatogram that is generated.For uv/vis detector 2d chromatogram is generated i.e., time on X-axis,Absorption units (intensity) on Y-axis.Where as for PDA detector 3d chromatogram is generated.Along with X and Y axis as similar to uv/vis,on Z-axis wavelength is also reported.
@@RANJANKUMAR-xp5lc you can use many column in general one or two but if you use column swicthing valve addtionally you can use 5 to 6 column possible with out removing column manually when you use 2 or more application.

In UV/vis detector you told 2dimension light and time .PDA detector u said it is wavelength then uv /vis doesn't use wavelength?
