This was a fun way to slow down and spend some time with my dude. It’s been hectic over here and we are TOTAL homebodies - I’m pretty sure we’ve celebrated every Valentine’s day in the house but this was the first time I made a whole night of it. Obviously tweak wherever needed but don’t forget it’s honestly the thought that counts and making it fun for you and your loved one. Change up the colors of the rose pedals and you can make it a tad less romantic for a Galentine’s day or even remove the rose pedals so you children don’t inhale them and make it a night in with the kids! What date night in would you try out?

Yes, Rachel learnt it from the bottom up but she really knew already how to decorate as well. And she at least is not ashamed to show her mistakes so we can learn from it. But of course she correct it afterwards. I do look at Pinterest pictures but to make and alter closets or paint all the kitchen cabinet doors, I'm sure I would regret it a day later and have to start all over again! So you can following the mind of a DIY teacher.

First of all, oh my goodness what an awesome job on the fort! I have been such an awesome fort make her since I was a kid and I am by far no means a kid any longer. LOL also instead of spending a ton of money on wrinkle release, try buying a can of that $.99 spray starch, spray your article of clothing with it and whip it a couple times, it works like a dream.I came up with that hack out of necessity when my kids were younger and their chore was folding and let’s face it they are terrible at it until they get the hang of it. Not to mention it is so much easier to use because it’s a spray instead of a pump. You are welcome in advance, everyone I show this to is amazed.
