- Today, Nike have released their brand new Hypervenom Phantom 3 and Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 DF in the Tech Craft variation - and today JayMike and Joltter will take you through the brand new football boot. I'd really love to win a pair of the high cut Phantoms. I happen to own the previous version of tech craft hypervenomsand they have been very good to me. Those feel really good on feet, but they are starting to fall apart as I have had them for a long time and have put countless hours in them. Also, they no longer fit me well as I BROKE my leg wearing them during a tryout for a high school team and my feet have grown since then. With a pair of the second generation of tech craft hypervenoms my old pair could get a second life. Still, I wish that Nike wouldnt back their leather with anything like flyknit. But I am sure that if I were to win a pair I could look over that one aspect of the boots as I prepare for another high school season that is hopefully better than the last. Was about to "Go nuts" with this comment, but decided to just be honest. The Tech Craft Version should be full leather, not this "let's just cut off a little piece of the boot and fill it in with leather" that both Nike and Adidas have been doing recently. They should also match the colours of the other releases, not sure why they decided to add the volt green accent. Nonetheless, these boots look so sick!

I agree completely on the full leather part. Just the colors is a proven method to justify a new release and make it more unique and interesting I guess.
Very true, Alex. It definitely gets people talking about it, just like we're doing right now! I think it's a great colourway. It caters both to players who like the classic black boot look, but also to those who like a bit of flair too.
In my opinion I think that instead of Nike using a slice or slab of leather on the upper, Nike should use proper soft and thin leather on the upper and all a round the sides, it would give a nice premium look and a soft touch and a little bit more protection. I'd say the New Nike tech craft 3 are good step towards something a little better, the touch is probably the same as the new hypervenoms but with a tiny bit more protection and a good soft spot to get a clean strike on the ball.

So first when I saw these boots (especially the low-cut) I was in love for real...
I have always been loving the upper of the techcraft packs because it looks very luxury and good quality with these little holes everywhere.... Never the less I still want to see an all black techcraft pack, where everything is black also the swoosh! You can't go wrong with all black, we all know that! But after saying that I can't really complain and I think this is one of the best colourways that we have seen from nike in a long time... And as Joltter sad the boots reminds me also of some kind of camo which I think is pretty dope!

The only reason why i'm still looked up to Nike is, their innovation is so mind blowing. I've been a big fan of Nike materials, especially their leather materials. I've been collecting the Techcraft pack since the first version, and i would love to add the newest pack into my collections.
I think it should be all leather, and the bright colors on this boot looks like it's really popped out from the leather, what a boot from nike❤️

I think that this boot is a really good boot by Nike because flynit is great, and leather is great, and this boot is a mix of both so you're getting the best of both worlds. Before you just had to choose one, but here you get a mix of both that gives you a perfect fit and feel on the ball. Also I love the new color way, it's a lot more subtle than the radiation flare and is a beautiful dark green, but also features an exiting volt yellow. Overall this is my favorite Nike boot yet.

I REALY like the new colorway, but also knowing it will have the Nike Leather on the striking part of the boot is the best thing to hear from you guys. This colorway perfectly matches with a green kit which is also the colour of my football team where I play. These Loveables deserve a solid 8,5 if you ask me.

the electric green with the grey and balck is dope! the flyknit and synthetic i actually really like and although theyve strayed from the original path nike are going in a good direction for the future of their boot. like you guys said you cant go wrong with dark colourways and this dark colourway has t be one of the best ive seen from nike. sure theyve had a few breakthrough but to me this is the better of the multiple bought out.
I think the colour way is super super nice I agree I get a camp vibe of it .the leather could be better and it should cover both in side and outside of the boot but I think these boots are my favourite boots of all time at the moment as they have a certain classic touch with the leather but a next gen touch as is full of awesome tech. Nike really topped the class on this one finally bringing classic times with the modern times to make a out of this world boot

I think that the 2.0 are great because you are getting the boot you know with a little throwback to the OG leather boots we all used to wear. also I feel like since the hypervenom just came out they wanted to give it something special apart from the rest, not sure why they did not make them all the same but that is okay. 10/10 on these boots.

I think that boot is very very good and the color way it's brilliant. But I prefer that boot with the upper of the tiempo or with the magista but I prefer the tiempo. Great video keep it !

This is perfect for me b/c I need the leather touch and the crazy attacker b/c I am a midfielder. And it is a new boot for the guy who loves traditional leather but likes the new innovation.

Honestly want the low-cut Tech Craft boots should be full leather, whereas the high-cut boots should have some sort of hybrid upper. I feel like an upper that is completely different to the DF collar wouldn't work well, kind of like the Hypervenom Phantom 2's. Definately think the low-cuts should be all leather though, main selling point of those is great leather that is super soft just with another shape/last and soleplate. BTW congrats on 300K subs, just noticed! :D

I think this boot looks cool and I also think that it's a good model for the Tech Craft pack. A mix of the more synthetic modern boots, with classic leather together with the other materials it is a good solution to make progress and step it up in the boot game!

I would like to see a combination of leather synthetic flyknit and Nike skin in the next Nike Tech Craft version because this way it is going to be soft (but not too much) lightweight (as much as needed) and comfortable (but with a close and narrow fit as well).I believe that this is the point of the Nike Tech Craft pack,trying new things in boots to finally end up in a world-class boot,and that idea may end up in a best-seller,in my opinion.

I think that Nike is doing good in trying something different in the leather on top thing, but would love to see an all leather boot with pods built-in.

I think it would be much better if the hypervenom 3 was decked out in full leather so that you can experience the feeling throughout the entire boot. Also why not have 2 shades of leather (colour-wise) too keep the same theme going with the split colour way.

I love full leather boots from heel to toe, so the next tech craft pack should be a 100% leather upper with classic stitching like the R10 Air Zoom and the Tiempo 5. Form follows function.
i think I like the tech craft hypervenom because the sock is still flynit and the rest is leather wich gives you a better touch to the ball and it makes the boot more confortable thank you unisport for doing givaways because people like me cant afford them thank you😊😀😁☺
I thinking same as Joltter. It would be very nice to have boots with fancy tech like cables and such but with pure leather. Not a combination of everything because it's not same.
The tech craft pack should have the upper completely covered in premium leather so players can feel the comfort and touch of the Tiempos in their preferred silos giving them the ultimate in boot experience
I like the way that they designed this boot but i feel like the character of the tech craft is for the boot to have a full leather upper for pretty much a different feel. But on this boot, they only made a little more than half leather. So over all the boot should have been made full leather but they are really nice quality leather and i think that the side where there is leather is used more so the leather is applied there to make the biggest impact. Even though the leather should have been all around. I also like the colorway its nice and Nike has really made these boots look steazy. P.s. I love your vids they give the most andthe best information on soccer and soccer boots ❤️

I would like the boots with full leather. It is so much more comfortable and the touch is sick with leather.
Pure leather uppers would definitely be great on the tech craft pack but that already exists on other boots such as the tiempo legend 6 and premiers (not to mention other similar offerings from other brands) - so I can see the reasoning behind Nike trying to offer something different in terms of ball feel and touch (flyknit + thin leather layer instead of only leather/only synthetic) compared to other existing options on the market.
for me personally synthetic boots are the way to go, but I think there are some clear perks by adding leather to their uppers.
I rekon the next tech craft should be designed with leather all over it so you really get that premium leather touch where ever you try to control the ball. I also think they should add a striking element to the upper to make it a bit different.

it should have a bit more leather, in my opinion the idea of the first pack was good, I like having a toe box of leather, where you feel it the most and having syntetic on the heel I think would be great for this too
They remind me of the old t90 3 color way with the teijin leather.
I believe that the tech craft boots should have only leather instead of this Frankenstein mix of both, It would be amazing to have the feel of a vapor with the touch of a leather boot!

Nike should make all their tech craft boots feel like the tiempo' or pirlo boots, they should also add a flyknit collar version to the tiempo range! That would be epic! Especially if you're a fan of plush leather boots but also like the collars like me but are yet to find a boot that provides both! Over to you Nike!
i think the tech craft should be the synthetic boots with a leather upper (and an even better leather upper for the tiempos). i like the concept and think it works for people who have have always wanted a specific boot with a leather upper
