A new age of animation has taken hold of the industry, marking a refreshing resurgence of creativity, and possibly a new era of history. But is this style of animation the new meta? Or will it fizzle out in popularity as quicky as it arrived?

This video should be called , 3D is not the evolution of 2D. It's just a new technique that arrived and gained more prominence. Just like stop motion or cut out are.
Example: "Klaus" or "The imaginary" (Studio Ponoc) are evolution of 2D. While Spider-verse saga or "Puss in Boots: The Last Wish" are evolution of 3D. Apart from that, good video!

Nope The story of the mistreatment of the animators of Spiderman Across The Spider-Verse makes me realize as a young person wishing to be a director of animated films It makes me say how hateful people are to demand that all animated films must visually resemble Spiderverse while on the other hand the animators who testified against the production of Spiderman Across The Spider- Verse, saying that it's a style of animation that exists, that they're just being mistreated so that it can be made, that it's a style of animation that's just an excuse to mistreat animators, so for me, in conclusion, I'd rather make classic 3D animated films that don't have the Spiderverse style, because I don't think animators suffer from this style of animation, and at least the 3D animation that Pixar is democratizing, at least they're explaining how it works. democratize, at least they explain how it works and how we can access it, whereas for the Spiderverse style, we're told absolutely nothing about how we can reproduce the same animations. So while Spider Verse has popularized a style of animation, it hasn't changed the entire animation industry on its own, because it doesn't give us the means to reproduce the same style of animation.

Wow that’s a super great point! Thanks for educating me about that, I didn’t realize these animators were being mistreated and that there was so much controversy behind this style of animation. As I’m not someone who commonly watches animation or knows a whole lot about the world of animation aside from what I researched for this video it’s really eye opening to hear about the issues that are apart of the industry
