OP cypher camera spot: when defending on ascent you can go to the barrels in mid market step above it and place the cam on the right building where the window is. You can try jumping and placing it to make it even higher and you can see the entire mid location. Just make sure not to tag enemies with cam as it makes it very easy to notice.
I use acre's a site cam where he jumps on the generator, I use a lot of acre's setups in my games and it works wonders in my low elo games

Hey mr lowlander, i have a tip for the cages & tripwires. Cage 's radius is 4 meters so you can place your tripwire and place the cage 3 - 4 meters near the tripwire. So when you hear the enemies, activate the cage and the enemies won't see the tripwire (i tried and it works in 60% or more situations)

If your CPU is thermal throttling buy an AIO instead of an air cooler or just change the thermal paste. If it's your GPU, change thermal paste and thermal pads. But a wet towel on your PC... Do you really have a death wish or want your PC to blow up?

About the box trick on bind, if a teammate smoke or your cage is on the short angle, you can jump onto the barrel and do full damage, as your bullets will go over the box. Its also a nice op off-angle.
honestly, as a cypher main that has received many compliments, understand why you are placing your util and know why you are doing things. it makes you so much better at playing him. for example, theres no point in doing a crazy cam out of bounds that the enemy cant see normally when you can just place a cam above a doorway and it works the same. in bind hookah, place a cam above the doorway so they cant see it walking in and you get info about where everyone is in hookah. you’re doing great m lowlander!! ❤

On haven c there is a lamp or something like that,that you can put your camera on and you can see the enemies going c long and you are able to see the whole site

hey man if u are facing problems regarding stucking frames due to heat issues use a ryzen controller for ryzen cpu or intel undervolt for intel cpu this reduces all that stutter very much i do this myself so giving this to u as a tip
the run and gun is buffed so it's harder to hit the enemy and now it''s compleatly random but befor the nerff it had some oatern to it (sr bad english if there are mistakes)

I feal your heat problems, we also had a heat wave in germany the past days but I thankfully there's now some rain on the way. I used a cooling pad to keep my laptop cool, but idk how I would do it with a pc. I guess a fan would help a little.

For the Vandal/Phantom Run and Gun. All the Pros get a shorty secondary for that reason
To be honest bro, they changed the vertical recoil for all guns specifically the phantom and vandal. Run and gunning is not an option now unless if you got the perfect and right timing with it then surely you'll get a kill. It's best to keep that in your mind to not run and gun with a phantom or vandal if you don't know the amount of hp they got.

ive lost several easy kills because of classic right click, i quickly run out of ammo and do like no damage
I know it sounds crazy but its pretty easy just submerge your pc in a tank of mineral oil and put a water cooler on it. I promise you will have 0 more cooling issues as long as the oil circulates well.

2:30 this cypher wire trick is easy to set up hard to pull off since you have to hit the head at least 3 or 2 times because of damage reduction from wall + range
The Vandal does the same amount of damage no matter what range you are at, unless you mean it's harder to be precise.

for your first clip, Vandals have higher recoil than spectre, stinger, and phantom so the reason why you couldn't run and gun in the first clip was because you used vandal
Advised Cypher pistol buy: Ghost, Trip, and Cage
You have a good pistol, free flank watch, and free plant or a one way cage
not a valo tips but overheating pc tips,
buy a cheap fan , and an ice or dry ice , open the side of your pc, and put ur ice on some safe container
place it beside ur pc and blast it with fan, just make sure the container is water proof though
