Malgus set better get the red lights on the masks, belt, gloves, and chest before release...
They may still update the model but to be honest I think it looks pretty great the way it is now.
The Malgus set is good! But that dualsaber... I get that some people might like it, but I personally hate it. Saber pikes are fine to go on the back, but a saber staff should go on the hip.
These can’t be all of the new stuff. They normally release about 3 armour sets and 2 lightsabers for an expansion.
We will most likely see more stuff but this is whats been added to the PTS so far.
The dualray mount seems like it should fall around the silver ranking, maybe gold with the flourish. But idk, the design reminds me of a lot of silver vehicle mounts.
I agree with that. Nowadays most new stuffs seem to get the platinum rarity stamped onto it without any real regard for its design.
Thank you for the preview. I love the new Malgus set. It is total sweetness. I disagree on the mount though, I really like it. The lightsabers look brilliant. I love the hilt design. The blasters are all kinda meh to me, but it's all good.

Weirdly, I think the Malgus set is *too* black. Could use some tweaks to textures/shades or something to make it stand out a little more and accentuate the details.
Me likey. But I am still more interested in seeing new hairstyles, if there will be any.
We are getting new species. I wouldnt say hairstyles are out of the question.
@@kal0310 No but they might add more customization options for already existing species. They have done in the past such as when they introduced the togruta species.
@@SWTORTV man, I hope so too. There are a handful of NPC-exclusive hairstyles introduced throughout 4.0 - 5.10 that a player cannot access.
im sorry to ask but could you do a short video showing the malgus armor off on a female toon, also zoom in on it and play the attack animations, with and without the mask, i mostly want to see it better then the picture shows, please and thanks ^_^
I cant do anything at the moment unfortunately because Bioware has blocked my account and is investigating it lol. One thing you might be able to do is see if anyone is streaming on the PTS next time the server goes live and then as them to preview it straight from their collections.
My biggest issue with this set is the stupid ass fat legs. The proportions are off. And then you got the too perfectly cut cloak on your back. Couldn't they have made it a bit wider and more like a cloak and not a solid piece? Other than those two gripes. The mask, texture, all of it is awesome.
We got about 6 teal looking saber crystals... but honestly there are so many there’s no downside for me personally...
And the expansion coming is great and all, but ffs I’d WAY rather get engine and systematic coding improvements with bug fixes with how riddled the game is with them, rather then any awesome CM items or UI QoL improvements or even content itself at this point. One can only hope lol...
Ah. Thats probably a little bit too wishful. I dont anticipate any changes to the system or anything unfortunately.

Just waiting for a compelling story revolving around empire vs republic. Also I would love it if gearing didnt feel like an impossibly long grind so fingers crossed.

One of these days they'll release a lightsaber that doesn't have one of those stupid toothpick blades. Of course, I'd settle for them just giving the vanilla lightsabers received on Tython/Korriban different models from one another.

Hey there, I was wondering if you have any thoughts on the state of credit making in the game currently. Recently I got into trying to play the gtn after watching your videos. Is it just me or has it gotten harder to do just that? I've seen prices for certain items increase significantly and heard from some people that some cartel market items are now only available via direct purchase only. The most recent pack (Ultimate) apparently has a chance at dropping everything in the game. So you can't really coordinate to buy certain items in bulk and sell them several months later when they are no longer available.
Not completely gtn related, but I've heard crafting in the new expansion is going to be ridiculous just like it is in the latest patch. With insane crafting mat requirements (latest schems requiring tons of CMT's). I haven't checked out the PTS to confirm this but wouldn't be surprised by this. How does one go about making credits in this kind of environment without a special niche they already had?

I totally agree. Some hoods look terrible and honestly I think having the armor set with both a hood variation and a non-hooded one would be a great idea.

@@deadrat5555 I don't know about that. Might just be a placeholder location for it? Just doesn't make sense for it to have a Cartel Market rarity icon and show up in the collections if it's only going to be a ranked reward.
@@thesen8 The last ranked reward in season 10 was also an armor set which was sitting in collections with a silver rarity thingy and when season 10 ended that armor set was gone from collections and it was being sold by Giradda for ranked tokens.
