The pop quote is in reference to a couple recent games where Vic passed inside of going for a contested game winner. He’s saying that second guessing his decisions in that moment is very much the sort of thing Lebron went through, which is accurate. Lebron got criticized for making the right play instead of playing hero ball.

RJ is absolutely solid for constantly giving Perk his credit cus he was straight cookin this whole epi!
It takes one week to get in ketosis. I did it for 3 months and lost 40lbs now I count carbs. Less than 50g carbs per day and no refined sugar still. No pasteries, ice cream I make my own sugar free. No sodas for the last 12-13 years.
You’ll be weak and hungry for the first 5 days after that a calmness comes over you and that’s when the furnace starts up 10 fold. I lost my first 18 pounds in the first 3 weeks. You don’t get shaky hungry at that point your burning fat at a high rate and you’re converting fat into glucose for energy and you don’t notice that your that hungry anymore. Then I averaged losing 10 lbs each month for the next two months then I started bring carbs back in my diet but like I said 50g per day
My Knicks finally getting the love/Recognition they deserve. Shoutout to y’all for that. I still am not confident in Randle’s ability/performance in the post season to carry us through & while I see the benefit of having a dominant big I personally don’t like the idea of passing up an opportunity for a consistent scorer before the trade deadline in order to get another big. Hell if we went after Dwight Howard or Demarcus Cousins, 2 players who aren’t in the league right now but were & can be DOMINANT you don’t have to sacrifice trade pieces & can still do go after say a D.Mitchell or Murray etc. Bc we’ve seen Brunson can’t do it alone & we can’t expect JU to show up for a 7 game serious based on past experience

This is the first season I can think of where the team record means anything for ROY. All rookies are on shit teams becasue shit teams get high picks. OKC is good because of SGA, not Chet. They took that leap last year while Chet was out. Come on. Individual awards should be largely based on individual performances, imo.

Wemby and chet have the same game but Chet is more efficient because he has a MVP type caliber player on his team who gets him wide open shots. I think if you were to switch them roles the stats would be roughly the same that they are now. I love both players though they have some bright futures ahead of them.
