I was there on the day and followed you round with my son and grandson. Just like to say thanks for signing my grandson's cap . I've been going to Wentworth every year since the 90's , I've been lucky enough to play the west course four times ,the old and new , once with Bernard Gallagher for 6 holes . Amazing experience. Hope to see you next year. 👍

I was once in the last group out on a 9 hole course (about half an hour after the second last group). After 9 holes we were asked our scores for the front 9. I was out in 40 and when we got in they'd already worked the prizes out - written the vouchers out and worked the sweep out. The look on the the Match Secretary's face when he realised I was back in 28 to win. 😂😂

Crossing out wouldn't have helped in this case, as they picked the winner before Pete hit his monster drive. How that could occur while the board was still in the fairway I have no idea. 🤨
