You can comfortable fit 9 medium sized cannabis plants in a 5x5 in 3-5 gallon pots or 6 very large plants. So the simple math is 5x5=25 sq ft and a 10x20= 200. It’s 8 times the size so multiply the size of the previous plant you want (6 or 9) by 8 and wallah! Most people lean towards 6 large plants than 9 medium sized. Helps for circulation and spacing to do 9 medium plants though and that’s my preferred. So 9x8=72 plants. I average 3.2 grams per watt in Mylar tents and run 828watts per 5x5. So on a single harvest I could pull 47.31 pounds in that amount of space. Just for reference if you’re a master grower. For a subpar grower you’d still be looking at around .5-.75 grams per watt. I’d say anyone could safely pull 6-10 pounds.
