Do you think Paypal only is enough for the beginning? If not, maybe you could make or link a video or tutorial on how to get Stripe or Shopify Payments in the unsupported countries. just continue with the general store that has separate landing pages per product man, find a winning one. it may take a couple hours to build a dedicated store around it.
