Remove the brake wire then unscrew the bottom 2 screws unclip the wire.now should be able to remove the full brake handle them on the new handle unscrew the same screws on the bottom remove the wire and put the new brake handle on the scooter connect the wire from the scooter and the brake cable

There’s a easy way to do it your just unscrew the bottom 2 screws and take that wire off and swap over the brake leaver
