Just discovered this little jewel of a band this evening..Just a month ago it was the excellent Icelandic 'Gus Gus' I found on this site and now it is 'Vok'.. Is there no limit to KEXP's charms????

Greetings from Malaysia. Even though 5 years in the future. VOK is still and will always be so woke. Thank you to KEXP for interviewing them. Would have missed out on their awesome music and performance. Go Iceland Go. Iceland has so many wonderful and fantastic singers. Awesome music and already their fan. Thank you to youtube for sending them to me. If not, would not have known they exist.
I have just discovered this band. What they play looks easy but it isn't AT ALL. It's beautiful, just precious!
I've been following Vök since their beginnings, they've shaped and evolved very well. Sound promising. All of this also thanks to KEXP, which never ceases to disappoint. Top notch quality.

Autopilot just makes me happy, it is so joyous and so beautifully crafted. I listen to it again and again, it is in my blood right now :) I will get over that phase, and this is a song that will be on my playlist for years to come.
I had a pleasure to meet them in Poland while supporting Editors on tour a month ago. Such a lovely guys they are! Wonderful music. Thanks KEXP for another exciting experience.

she speaks of the heat in London, i had to laugh. i live in sub-tropical swamp.
i'm wishing this band much success. the beats, the rhythm, the voice is so awesome. i said on a statement from a earlier performance, it felt like the Sugarcubes (Bjork) meets the Cranes meets Nitzer Ebb. i lovvvvvve the heavy rhythm. Albeit, i think dance music has a shelf life ... even top 40 in the States do. it's pinnacle songs that no one else would dare covering. You guys have that, but it hasn't it's mark. i hope you didn't decide to go commercial.

Typically drab Icelandic fare
Never liked Audi or Vokswagen.
TOO MUCH TALKING
Never heard a non native english speaker use "like" so many times. Really annoying.
