Definitely my new Favourite video tripod. Has all the stability of my larger video tripods but much lighter. A great option for those looking for a new video tripod.

The minimum height is 71cm on some sites. What is the actual minimum on the one you got? I got sh25 which is OK but it cannot do low height.

That's a really nice looking video tripod at a darned good price. The results of your demo show just how good results you can expect. I like this one.

Looks like a great tripod but noooot what I would call a travel tripod.

if you are looking at an actual video tripod and need something that is going to be really firm and steady then this is exactly that. Ive travelled with heavier tripods than this.

@@gregtoope I don't disagree. I would definitely pick this up for certain jobs where my heavier tripods would be a pain to lug around. I'm looking for a video tripod can attach to the side of my camera bag.

Hey Greg. Thanks for the great, really informative video. I just got the Sho5t at BH, at the suggestion of a salesman. I'm really happy with it. I'm new to this end of video production-- I'm producing a series of 5 minute vlogs. The Sho5t is a big improvement over the $31 Amazon Basics tripod my friend suggested, that literally fell apart, and then while I was trying to make it work without a handle it collapsed and nearly took my ear off-- so I figured it was time to change.
The Sho5t seems really sturdy and panning is smooth. Like a breath of fresh air compared to my last experience. I'm hoping you can answer a question, though. Because the legs have only 2 segments, it seems that I'll have to measure on my own to get the right height a lot. Is that going to be a problem?
Thank you for the great video, and for being such a cool guy.
