The hole in the wall is still paying out! I like the way the tree looks. Wonderful mood and shots James. You’ve made me get my arse in gear! Heading the lakes now!
Thanks for Watching Mali. Stay Tuned for my withdrawals.
You were certainly fighting against the elements there James! Proof of the pudding that some of the best images come during the worst weather. Hope 2022 is kinder to you than 2021 was. The weather outside is matching your January calendar image 100% today; no wonder the cats are glued to the sofa.
Thanks for watching as always Steve.
Liked the shots at this location on your first visit but wow what a difference the autumn colours have made. Your decision to continue certainly paid off James, well done to you. I think they will be a great addition to the gallery. Glad they hadn't walled up the gap.
Thank you John, yes I am very pleased how the shoot worked out. Thanks for watching.
You've got some lovely images there James, you sure are a talented bloke, great video thank you
Thank you Frank. You’re very kind. Thanks for watching.
Great Images! Right on my doorstep too!!

My first thought was, what’s he going to get in that weather? But WOW! Awesome images! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching Randy, I find its always worth persevering.
Nice one mate, you definitely manage to make the most of all conditions!
Thanks. That’s what it’s all about. Making the most of it. Enjoying it. Thanks as always for watching and your positive comments.
You’re a photographer’s photographer. Great video 👍🏻
Thank you. That’s a very kind thing to say. Thanks as always for watching and your positive comments.
Great video James. I have had my Q2 with me everywhere I have been over here in France over the Christmas break. Heading back to British Columbia at the end of the week. Just wanted to let you know I always find your videos inspirational. Cheers! ps, still saving for the X1D
Thank you. Yes I am always with mine. It’s had a lot of use lately here. Hope you enjoy your trip. Safe journey home. Thanks as always for watching and your positive comments.
Cracking images as always James. I particularly liked the first set of images with the broken wall. Amazing what a difference it makes having the hole. Beautiful compositions 👌
Thanks Michael. Yes I’ve really enjoyed making these images. Thanks for watching.
Just beautiful James, I prefer these to the first ones.
Thanks. Yes I am very happy with how they’ve turned out. Thanks as always for watching and your positive comments.
Those are really lovely images James and a great reward for your perseverance in such (seemingly) awful weather. And that 21mm lens is just perfect for the job. I wish that I had one of those 🙁🙄
Thank you Paul. Yes really enjoying the 21mm of late. Thank you.
Hi James: I just found and subscribed to your channel. I really enjoyed viewing this video and seeing your images. My wife & I are coming to the Lake District in the spring so we are very excited to see what you have at your door-step. We have had to post-pone this trip 3x during 2021 due to Covid-19 restrictions. Do you have a physical store front in the Lake District? Cheers, Keith Pinn (Barrie, Ontario Canada)
Hello Keith. Thanks for watching. I hope you find my videos of interest. Yes I have several framed prints on display in the Glenridding gallery by Ullswater. I hope you have a good trip.
Thanks James for the information. We are going to be staying in Keswick and Windermere for our 7 days in the Lake District, so we will try to drop by this store location. Cheers, Keith
