Add that Barry admitted to throwing away his unused darts in one of the trash dumps he was seen doing. What a coincidence that the very day he reports his wife missing he decides to throw away his unused darts onlt to then have LE find a dart cap in the dryer. Busted....
They found the evidence on the husband and he is still found innocent?And his daughters evidently had no love or respect for their Mom,or he would be disowned in my opinion.

If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit. He certainly COULD have killed her... but proving that is not so easy in this case. No real "gotcha" evidence so far.

I always thought the daughters knew. It seem suspicious to me that they went away on Mother's Day with people they never had gone camping with before, it was unusual.

I've been around guns all my life tons of people that hunted. I've never met a single man that owned a tranquilizer gun or even used one on a deer. That doesn't make any sense at all. Why did he throw the Dart away those are reusable?

Her husband definitely did it.
He was so confident that he wouldn't be charged again because he thought he hid the body well enough. In 2023, he gives an interview willingly, with his two daughters by his side, and when his wife's body is found, he refuses to speak, and lawyers up. He knows he is in trouble for sure this time.

Not sure if he shot the dart or if he paid someone to do it, but he thought he got away with it. I feel terrible for his daughters, I can only imagine all the crocodile tears and the lies he told them to convince them he wasn't involved.

In past interviews & footage of him nearby a trail her bike was found on (when a CZcamsr ran across him & he gave him a thinly veiled verbal threat)...body language was very obviously showing guilt. He seems to have gotten a bit better but IMO was a terrible actor/liar. His truck black box also showed he backed up to their home in the wee hours of the AM & then took off...I believe he turned the opposite direction leaving their driveway than he said. He had said he headed out to a job...a day early. SUPER early, I recall? Motive, opportunity, corroborating evidence, toxicology showing homicide...
This is why so many women choose the bear over the man.

The daughters’ denial is painful to witness. They’ve entrenched themselves in accepting any narrative that exonerates their only remaining parent, no matter how absurd the rationale may be they have to use to make that happen. This isn’t a rare response but a very common one for families of suspects to have in this situation. They’re clinging to their only parent and psychologically they’re going to continue justifying their decision to believe in his innocence, regardless of the evidence to the contrary that’s provided. It’s incredibly sad but a frequent response in these circumstances, at least that’s been my experience in almost three decades practicing law, the majority of which was spent as a prosecutor before becoming a judge

There was a murder in my town, where murders never occur. The husband killed his wife and the police dept did a careful, thorough job in proving it. The couple had 3 children. One of the children, the youngest (a teen) stood by her father through thick and thin.
