Hi! Thanks for your comment. To get a clear sound recording the mix gets done directly in real time using my iPad (you could do it on any computer or digital recorder). I also use active pickups, that give a very crisp and clear output - hope this helps

No prob, I use the iRig HD to connect my guitar to the iPad/iPhone, and then apps like GarageBand or JamUp for the amps and effects
