In this mission, there's also molotov cocktails you can use that are behind the shack LC is in. You can use them to take out cops more easily. I usually use them to blow up the cop cars and then hide, so I don't have to fight them in this mission.
I loved using those to blow up cars.
I didn’t know Cleon was a Destroyer the first time I played this game, I also love the movie

This game came out in 2006. I still 100% it a few time a year, never gets old. Great job Rockstar. Needs an update.

this happened with castlevania but in reverse. in castlevania the creators made something even better than the game, in an animated series. here they made this game better than the damn movie. they did such a respectful job

Man, I loved this game.
Whoever came up with the concept of giving each Warrior a mission of initiation deserves all the bragging rights! I loved that the game had these Flashback missions... Gave more depth to the story of The Warriors...
In this mission:
Cleon - "You just started a war and I'm gonna be the last motherfucker you see before it's over"
And in Mission 10 Cleon lands the final blow finally taking down Virgil and the Destroyers... his once fellow gang members before they betrayed him... Such a dope concept for the game these Flashback missions.. loved each one of them.. The Satan Mothers always scared me too for some reason... I always saw them and the Turmbull ACs as rival gangs they always felt like the 2 toughest gangs in the game (Excluding the Riffs)
The first 13th missions are part of the "prequel" story... The Flashback missions are like the prequel of the prequel

Prob because it was a real test for the rest of the members to see if they can come back. If cleon was alive, ajax wouldnt have been arrested because ajax only listens to cleon and fox wouldnt have fallen in the tracks since cleon would see through that every warrior is good n shit..

I've always wondered, do the gang members throw down their colours when it's day-time? Like surely some would have jobs or school or something, and once it's over, go have a pah-day or just get into a biff-up with another gang for the sake of it.
I mean, pushing drugs seems a bit hardcore, and maybe some operate like that all day, but I reckon gangs like the Saracens and JSB's (which I think are Greasers and Trust Fund kids with too much time) probably go to school. I reckon the Furies don their paint at like 5 if the arvy and go out starting brawls etc.
I always wondered that.
Will Marsden considering most missions take place at night time, and the only time I recall ever seeing daytime in this game is at the end, it's safe to say it's probably a night thing. But it could also be that having a "hangout" isn't exactly the norm, as it seems that members from gangs like the hurricanes and the boppers have their own homes and such, so it's probably just a general area they hang out at during the night, and go about their business when the sun rises.

Am I the only one who wondered if the warriors live at the hangout or do they go home during the day and live in their own homes and do they have normal jobs during the day ? Is this like a night time thing because you never see them during the day except for the final mission /final part of the film I mean I know there was a deleted scene from the movie during the day but still
greenbanana1001 it’s possible they have “normal lives” during the day. In the comic, Rembrandt was in an art school. And it would seem ludicrous to think that gangs like the Furies or the Hi-Hats to paint their faces and walk around the streets of NY in broad daylight. But then again, New York City was VERY different back then and the NYPD used to be notorious for corruption, so another theory is that the police won’t mess with the gang members as long as they were only messing with each other. The mission with the Jones Street Boys exemplified this theory.

Late i know, but in the game it's said that some gang members earn their money from theft (mugging mechanic, breakin into stores and car radio stealing)

This game and the film are good, real good, but there's one developer oversight in this mission, Spider's voice is swapped with Tiny's on 14:24.

Anyone see the trailer for The Warriors Movie 2022? It's basically Cleon and vermin break away from the destroyers and starting the Warriors just like the video game.....that is honestly what I hoped would have happened instead of a straight remake that probably wouldn't have done the original justice.

this level is so frustrating from a game design standpoint: we are tasked w/ creating as much crime as possible and there are a million cops on this level who constantly try to arrest you. If you try to fight the cops, that doesn't count towards the crime level. I quit the flashbacks just because of this
It’s actually very easy, there’s a pile of molotovs somewhere in that area and all u have to do is throw them at a cop car and immediately hide. As for the riot ones just throw some of the hobos around and they’ll start fighting each other

@@josephstalin2606 i tried. Once the hobos start scrappin’ all the cops just focus on ME of all people. Game design back then was flawed. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this game even tho I got it free during quarantine 🤷🏿♂️
@@MN-zg7fi Bruh u literally throw a hobo into another hobo and hide in the shadows. The hobos will fight each other and the cops will fight the hobos and not u since ur already hiding. The game design may be old but it’s definitely still playable I think ur just bad at the game no offense
