Agreed! I did presspray a second time after the first round of agitation. Then, agitated again after the second spray. I didn't include it in the video because it would have been too repetitive for most people other than other carpet cleaners.

Client probably didn't want to move the furniture and moving isn't included a lot in the cleaning service.

I used Unchained and Frog nasty from Truck Mount Forums!

I used TMF's (Truck Mount Forums) "Frog Nasty" boosted with "Unchained" that neutralizes pet odor by breaking down the molecules that create the smell.
should we use Crb before or after vacuum ?
I would suggest after. Then you could put the dust catcher attachment on your crb to catch any remaining loose fibers and grime.

Was someone taken out in a body bag from that spot? Geez. And that carpet should be trash. Carpet cleaners know this. All that nastiness is just fermenting on the carpet pad underneath and that same spot will attract dirt again.
