I just watched my son be on hold (for days) with unemployment while he and his wife took turns holding the phone. One time after 4 hours on hold to be hung up on and have to call back again. Very very frustrating. I forwarded the video to them so (maybe) they can finally get a laugh after the ordeal? Not sure if they ever got through! Thanks for bringing humor to the difficult times in our life! Though I don't feel it as hard in my small little town, there are still things that effect us all (like phone calls to unemployment).
