The harmony works so well because these 5 has always been the vocal back bone of loona like they always harmonizing in the back of every song!

This mini album made me so PROUD?! Like they never got to truly showcase themselves and you can hear the passion in their voices and how well they work together. It's amazing.
Colouring is my far away favorite but everything sounds great and Yves wrote Strawberry Soda so that's obviously very special too.

this video helped me pinpoint why i love this album so much… it feels like it was made by musicians like the producers and composers know what theyre doing and know enough about theory and the technicality of harmonies enough to craft ones that feel new … love this

I just finished listening to this album for the first time in the car and I didn’t know what quality to expect due to their speedy exit from Loona…I put them on shuffle and wow, very very happy that they got just as good of an album as OEC. Very happy, my 9th grade self definitely entered my 21 year old body.
Edit 7:01: I’m just thinking…hm. It’s kind of funny how when you hear them as a “separate” group, you get to see how BBC/producers didn’t use the other half of the vocalists in the group at all, because they genuinely did a great job on every. single. track here.
The thing that drives me bonkers is that some producers said BBC explicitly said to cut some member lines and give them to other

“Colouring” is my shit!
i honestly thought colouring was my favorite song because shes soo amazing, and then my favorite was sensitive for a bit... and then real world ATTACKED me like i gave her more listens and became obsessed SO fast.
i dont like comparing the two because as an orbit said on twitter version up and loossemble are like night and day, they compliment and complete each other. and i still had an amazing time listening to version up. but something about seeing the way these girls killed it after being pushed into the shadows by that company for so long and putting out such incredible music.. im so hooked

this album was sooo good, colouring was just 😭😭😭😭😭 i can’t explain how much i love it. definitely in my top 3 loona albums
It is absolutely better than the OEC album in my eyes, although 'Je Ne Sais Quoi' is still my jam.

You know what I’m gonna be real with you as well and this is no disrespect to OEC, they’re my favorite sub unit from LOONA and Max & Match is one of my favorite releases from LOONA, but I genuinely enjoyed Loossemble's album more than i did OEC's. I think the strongest song on OEC's album was Je Ne Sais Quoi, followed by Air Force One and the album intro. My secret playlist was the weakest link on the album because it felt like a watered down version of Air Force One and I would have been okay with it not being released. Whereas with Loossemble, every song serves its purpose, it felt consistent and cohesive. I liked 5 out of 8 of the tracks on this album compared to the 3 out of 6 from OEC that have replay value in my personal opinion. The highlights were without a doubt Newtopia, i love the melody work that they did with this song, Colouring, a true textbook R&B gem on the album, and Real World, which was another song that made good use of the Rhapsody in Blue sample. Strawberry Soda was another good addition to the album, but the aforementioned songs were what kept my attention. I’m looking forward to seeing what Loossemble has in store for their next releases and that they keep the momentum going.
Wrong and loud because My Secret Playlist did not have that jazz bridge for you to disrespect it. Lucid brings the whole EP down because whos listening to OEC for some boring acoustic-ish number. Other than that, the music is fine. Loossemble mini is heavier on the catchiness which makes it has way more replay value. OEC set the bars way too high with their debut to meet it again, especially with Jaden Jeong not even caring for ARTMS now that he has new group

all of yall are loud and wrong.. my secret playlist is definitely the weakest link but all of the songs from OEC’s album is amazing and Loossemble’s album is very much heavy on replay value since it relies on catchiness (since they played around with genres and their voices) versus OEC’s album relies on their vocals.. anyway stream plastic candy by haseul and heejins solo album
One of the best Loona albums, filled with back to back bops. It has been a long time since I fell for an album like this. I will not be moving on any time soon
Your reaction to Real World was my exact same reaction 😂 it's just sooooooo good. I'm sure the person who produced this had hella fun making it, like not a single part of the song is predictable, this combined with those sweet like honey vocals got me. Personally is my favorite track, 100/10 tbh

damn i have always appreciated how much insight you have in the musical aspect of things like qorl... 😢 i'm sorry if i missed it bc i p much only watch the handful of groups i still stan after awhile; idk if you have a background or sumn. I think the only reason Sensitive is the title track is because it was so mainline and it IS a debut…
Maybe they were playing safe?
Colouring would've been a lot better buuut it sounds more like loona and idk if it would be a good decision to sound exactly like loona if they wanna show something different
hyeju did say in an interview that they picked sensitive because it is easy to the ears of the public,
