We lived in Siberia for more than 5 years. The facts told are true. Our stay was golden there, Siberian people are decent, a bit shy, not very social but very warm and classy. Even at -40, they don't stay indoors but go out hiking, ice-skating, etc. They are very outgoing people and celebrate summers in a datcha with barbecue and fishing.
