Descriptive statistics involves methods, that describe the central tendency and dispersion of data. In most practical cases they relate to single (univariate) variables.

God, I don't know what I would have done without you, without ur lectures. It's like a gift from heaven gifted to me because I have been doing my dissertation for almost two years now and I can't get it to look like a decent paper because I understood nothing about research methods, simple statistics that I definitely need, I knew them but I never really understood them or how to apply them or even what to apply and why and....
