If I'm being honest choosing to go to Vermont was less because of any genuine interest in going to Vermont, and more because I had been without a seasonal job for a while. I needed a paycheck, I enjoyed some of Vermont it's a SMALL state in general so there's not much to do.

I haven't personally had a coworker with neck tattoos but I'd assume that it would matter more if you were looking for a more guest/customer facing positions. But it never hurts to reach out and ask
Edward, there is a website dedicated to seasonal jobs called coolworks. At this time of year most of the hiring is done at ski resorts but they post new jobs every day so check back often.

The season here ends mid October, they're not open during the winter.
