At these speeds, even one person hitting the water can get injured, let alone multiple riders colliding with each other. The riders are being totally dependent on weather/water conditions, driver's experience and sheer luck. And most probably, given how accessible the equipment is, the driver's have little to no proper knowledge and experience pulling the tubes.

This is extremely reckless because the risks are tremendous but they mostly outside of rider's control(we even see the problems occurring multiple times in this video alone). This is an attraction park ride level of risk but with none of the common-sense safety controls.
2 tubes at one time are a recipe for epic wipeouts. I liked the one were the tubes collided and the driver picked up the 7-10 split on the other tube.
