- this was my first lap down the box canyon this year! its always so cool getting to paddle down these incredible canyon walls and see how the rapids have changed little by little after each flood. This place is one of the most special rivers in Western Canada in my opinion

Wow, wild lines nice paddling. Thanks.
The skill level involved in these runs is nothing less than astounding! Subbed.

That's a nice balance you've achieved right there.
That first drop looked like a giant toilet flushing. What an excellent river. It must have been a really fun run.
haha it can definitely feel that way sometimes too! one of my favourites in the entire world and luckily enough it is pretty much in my backyard!
@@edwardmuggridge6243 I'm now officially jealous. I'd love to have a nice sendy river near where I live, But I live in the middle of the prairie where the rivers run mud, if they run at all. I'm about half way in between either the good rivers in the east, and the good rivers in the west, where you are. Considering the things I like to do, I couldn't have chosen a worse place to live. That really might have to change. Just need to find a university which has an opening in their music department, then apply, and move. I'm well published, and got my degrees from some of the best Universities in the world, which I shouldn't have considering how much time I spent goofing around in the outdoors. People who have an Ox-Cam education usually don't spend study week backpacking in North Umbria, or carrying a kayak down creeks in Scotland. Most of my fellow students though I was going to fail miserably. I fooled them by ending both my masters' and PhD with honours. I think if you're competent and you know your stuff, you can over-study, and it's a good thing to do something that clears your mind and recharges your batteries, which is just what I did. Nothing like crossing the channel and running the Oetz the day before mid-terms. I guess I got used to thinking in terms of European distances when I was over there, and didn't stop to think that the middle of Canada is a little further to whitewater than Cambridge England is.
@@edwardmuggridge6243 Also, all you need to do to know how an unwanted gold fish feels, is to be flushed down a river like that one!
I hate going boating but I say this in my mind I would love to swim there
Even you know it’s like 30 feet lol
Wow you are good 👍
I’m in. Got a sub out of me! Keep it up and maybe install a gopro that faces you and edit the videos a bit.
This looks amazing I'm looking to get into a little more extreme Kayaking but i'm not too sure how to go about it without being a complete idiot does anyone have any advice and also what are some good kayaks for somthing like that I don't think my pelican sit ons i can manuever too easily
What type of level was that...? Looked pretty juicy.
this was around 24cms maybe a bit less i think. .6 or .65 on that gauge on the put in bridge
