Wow jeez what an insane run as Lilith. Proptosis, Crown of Light, Stye, Dead Onion, SMB Super Fan, Magic Mushroom, Incubus (Duh), Birthright, Evil Eye, Glass eye. Early on it was Ultra Hard, Can't believe greed mode doesn't have boss rush. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like , Death Certificate, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. I'm just gonna note that most of the problems in Sheol and Ultra Greed were because of Proptosis fucking his range over. Had Matt not gotten Birthright in Sheol, he would've been SCREWED.

normal isaac and greed mode have different devil and angel pools. this also explains why you couldnt find brimstone without chaos in greed mode in afterbirth+

@@reverently to eliminate items that would be broken/useless in greed mode, and to replace them with other items that could fit the category (ex. Jesus juice)

Also yes, you can get Perfection in Greed/ier, but to get it you have to survive three entire double floors like Basement-Depths and do all three bosses on each

I had this one lilith greedier run where I had 4.5 volt, trisagion, sacred heart, and crown of light, I almost crashed my game in the end.

don't know if it feels like cheating, but i think you (or any isaac player) should get the "blessing of the crow" mod. it changes cursed rooms, sacrifice rooms and sanguine bond so that they prioritize red health instead of just being damage

I got safety scissors as azazel in afterbirth greed a good amount of bosses I fought were super wrath so I had infinite bombs when fighting them
What’s that item you got after the crown? I’ve never seen that before.
Evil Eye, it's a greed mode Cain unlock and it is a chance to fire an eyeball that shoots your tears. I believe it's technically luck based but the bonus chance is incredibly small.

Can I have some tips for tainted Cain? I think he is the hardest character and have only beaten the chest once with him when I got c section as my first item. I first thought he was really easy because the rockbottom recipe was very easy but apparently "recipes" for items doesn't exist anymore. Can you help?
