WOW! Love this!!! I would use a daybed in place of standard bed/couch! Which would free-up space for a wardrobe! And lastly a washer/dryer combo next to sink! Perfect!!!😊
I would definitely go with a murphy unit that contains the bed, sofa, and some storage.
The soft close doors is a great feature. It would be nice if the bathroom had a little small window to allow fresh air in the bathroom area.
I can live there, but will need a tall bookcase and a tall rack for a pantry, microwave and toaster oven. What about a closet? A Murphy bed is a great idea.
A Couch/ Murphy bed combo would be great in this space. As well as making the entire bathroom and wet room.
Good for single person only. Just add cabinet for clothes and other stuff.
Gorgeous, definitely a daybed with storage or rotating Murphy bed situation though. We all need a small amount of personal space storage to avoid clutter. The wall design is so creative.
Interesting. I would put two small tables on both side of the lovseat (ones that slide or have wheels), because I'd stumble over that table. And I would have put a small console with extendable table-top parts, that could be moved into the room to eat. Or a wall-table that folds down (office, to eat). I feel the wall wasn't used enough but you can't walk in the middle comfortably. The kitchen is super cool imo, the bathroom too.

The sink should go under the window. This will give that home owner the light they need when prepping food, no matter what time of day it is. Drew this is the smallest house you have shown, how much does it cost to build? I like, the inside color needs to be tone down some but it is great.
Great idea with the window, we can definitely do it that way! This is how this client wanted it but there are endless ways to lay it out.
The walls can be done as pine walls and then painted instead of birch walls which would help with the Color if a client doesn’t like the walls!
With a wee bit clever storage, I think a single person could live here.
I like it. I would put the sink and stove by window side. Use a regular size refrigerator by where sink is now and have counter space between sink and stove.

Thats pretty much a somewhat regular student apartment (maybe 50 sqf short of it, but whatever). But it can be placed in a garden, or wherever.
I could easily love in 200 square feet. I live in a 64 square foot off-grid cabin now. I will be building my own tiny house of 240 square feet. I'll put a tall wall/fence about 10 feet from the house all around, creating a few outdoor rooms with windows and glass doors so the interior doesn't feel so small.
There is not need for a washing machine as the person living here has nowhere to put their clothes! It would be better if the door swung out, rather than in. The window opposite would ideally be closer to the kitchen so that there's more space for a tv to be fitted to the wall; where Drew is saying it should be fitted is partly above the bed which puts it in danger of being kicked or in the way if bunk beds are put in (visitors cabin, rather than permanent granny flat).
Maybe storage for clothes could be under the bed and sofa.
Side drop Murphy queen w/desk combo & change the kitchen shelves into floating & perfect visitors den.
Maybe a little bigger to add a closet and washer/dryer space.
I'd put the Kitchen to right of the front door, use the window for natural light to prep/cook & the view. I'd also prefer to sit at the kitchen end to eat with the door open. With a small front deck, you can have a table & chairs for better dining space. A murphy bed would be better on the wall where the kitchen is now. It would also include a wardrobe & small storage. Put the TV on the wall opposite the couch. Switch the toilet and sink, who wants to look at the toilet when door is left open?
I suspect the kitchen being where it is, is probably for shared plumbing issues. But if the space is customisable these are the things I'd do for myself.
This is truly a beautiful home for just 300 square feet. I love it, how much is it. I would take this house but with a refrigerator.

I think that a window in the bathroom would be nice for natural light when putting on makeup, plus who doesn't want a window in their bathroom?
there is a window, it's head height on the wall next to the toilet.
