Looks heavy Duty I was looking at your videos new years at the cabin and I like the Dog Hauler sled do you have any Pucture you can send me I am going to build one the my Aircraft Hanger I have a steel fab shop.
A little modification to the bottom of the side wings may help. Needs a slide plate on the bottom of the wings to ride on. That should help with the cutting edge digging in too much.
I’m going to add the plates, and I think I am going to have it pivot where the blank is welded to the plow. The blade is so wide it really is hard to use on uneven ground

I’m actually going to put a video out on the build. It is an old 70’s evinrude sleigh mate that I weld 1/2” tube frame and covered with plexiglass

Very nice! Which NP shop bent it up? I usually go to Greer in Fairbanks but wouldn’t mind a closer spot. Thanks for the videos!!

Those hollow drill bits on the magnetic drill cut better and last long with cutting oil.
Ya I had the oil sitting there I think he was using it. I think the cutting edge moved as it drilled through the first piece which snapped the tip off
Those must be steel toe Crocs.
