I feel blessed that I’m an explorer, every time you mention the length of gameplay I find myself far exceeding the time, unless of course it a linear game as I’m always checking everywhere and everything
VR is the perfect platform for Horror
It's funny, AJ and I were talking about that (length of gameplay) earlier today. I took my time with this one and I heard from other people later on who finished it much, much faster - like under 2 hours. So I'm curious to see how long it takes everyone else! :D

A really fun idea I would love to watch is a top 10 PSVR horror games. I feel like I would really like that video.

Great Review, I gotta give wolf and wood credit for not running into any serious bugs with this one, as i couldn't even make it through the exorcist without issues. Nailed all the key points, a little pricey, but very good! I have no regrets.
This is on sale for $10 CDN right now and I'm STILL on the fence about getting it, the movement scheme is what's really holding me back. Miss seeing your reviews, can't wait until PSVR2 rolls out so we can start seeing them more often again. till then, I'll be binging your reviews playlist.
Thanks for the review Bryan, but when I heard you talking about this game earlier and said it was a should we, I bought it. I love the game. A edge of your seat tense game. I don’t rush through vr games so this took me longer than 3 hours. I like to explore and take in the environment. People complaining about price vs length, remember vr is a new technology. We paid a premium for vcrs, CDs,dvd,Blu-ray, cell phones, plasma TVs etc. when they were new. It’s the price for early admission. Just have fun and enjoy the ride.
There was one room with the tape player i found really intense- extremely creepy

Hm.. I completely overlooked this one. Not a fan of puzzle/ escape the room style games, but I am a sucker for a good horror game. You might have sold me on this one
Does it containt jumpscare ?
Absolutely, but as I tried to point out in this review, none of the scares feel cheap. Every good horror game/movie has jump scares but the *really* good ones build the suspense up so high that you're basically on edge, waiting for something to jump out and scare you - and that's what A Chair in a Room does (really well.) :D

Looks like I may need to put my big boy pants on and try not to fill them with poop while playing this game.. I'm kind of a sissy with horror games but like the sensation of fear.
Depends can go a long way :P
I've never seen a review that made me want to play a game less.
Fun fact this game is rated t for teen but the PlayStation parental controls says it's m for mature and locks you out of the game.so if you wanted to play this game with parental controls set to only teen games you are out of luck.

PSVR Without Parole I still might pick this one up I really like this type of game, thanks for pointing out the negatives, it Really helps to be ready for a bit of disappointment , The hands in Falcon Age makes me think all games should be able to present better. The trigger on the moves was very sensitive with the gripping of hands . I know Rush VR is a bit different but it was cool too, some developers have different capabilities. I’ll stop my rant just looking for the perfect game I guess . Another great review as always Bryan 😺
Are high psvr prices ok because they have so many sales and eventually you can get them cheaper? And I bet Sony likes the psvr so much because almost all the games are digital only.
That's an interesting comment because I'm not sure if I agree with either of your statements. PSVR games tend to be fairly cheap (although they do get massive sales occasionally) and I'd say that the ratio of digital only games on PSVR is pretty similar to the ratio of digital only games on PS4 proper - publisher Perp Games alone has released over 20 PSVR games physically.
@@WithoutParole I am a physical disk buyer, I dislike digital, but from day one I've bought my psvr games digitally. I do have a few but going to game stop or wherever they usually have Avery small selection of VR games on disk.
@@WithoutParole as for the price thing I was just taking your comment about prices being too high often on games. I rarely buy new physical copies and usually wait for sales.
@@alexturbin04401 I collect physical games but psvr games aren't worth the price of a disc, wearing a headset and being able to select your games virtually also makes things easier lol.
Is it a horror game?
Definitely. Not a ton of jump scares but it builds the tension really well until you feel like you're on edge constantly lol. I really enjoyed this one

There are a couple if I remember correctly, but they're not cheap if you know what I mean
