- To continue this series, I wanted to feature a song that most of us love and couldn't wait to watch live : Sayonakidori.
I know that it wasn't played at all the shows and some of you missed it.
But ! This is the best way to see how it was performed live in a lot of different concerts by the one and only Kobato Miku.

The guitar solos for Sayonakidori were some of my favourite in all the tour videos, just have that extra special sauce to them, Miku getting to play lead is extemely fun to watch!
I put one up from Phoenix... with a focus on Miku's pure sound from the amp. Her guitar dominates the mix big time.. check it out..

Seriously...... Sayonakidori is in my top 5 B-M songs. I know we fans have a joke with " My top 3 has 10 songs, etc", but Miku's range here with Kanami pushing AND supporting her brings Mk.1 to a whole new level. I absolutely adore the song. My next fav from Miku song is "Voice", from her Cluppo EP.
I haven't been this hot watching a rock star since Paul Stanley.

What they are doing is simply sublime because they are serving for something bigger than themselves. Every music should be that way, but we only find a few among those who claims to know and be able to play so called good music. Less ego, more serving. See the audience, you know, you just know. Less bravados, more Okyuuji.

well you can definitely tell where my fancams are, I shot in 4k 60 and it stands out. Only sadness was I was in second row and I had some hand waving in front of me. I plan on upgrading to the S23 ultra next year and I hope the bigger senser can help with both light level and stabilization. Now if I can convince samsung to improve audio recording.

This song is _so_ intense; Miku does a great job delivering it. Kanami's wail at 4:17 is the finishing touch.
Absolutely stunning video production and balanced audio - and all done from fancams! Incredible piece of editing work, maestro. That is some nice editing work right there. It can't be easy to sync all of these cameras to one soundtrack, although BAND-MAID does make it a bit easier by playing to a click track. Thanks!

That part where Miku sings the high note just makes my hair stand on end, sometimes I even get teary eyed; for me it’s so beautiful. I dare say its the same emotion I felt whenever I hear the legendary solo in Metallica’s To Live is to Die! When the build up from 4:30 leads to the climax at 6:21 it just hits the same feeling with Miku’s. Damn, it’s just otherworldly.🤘🏻🤘🏻

小夜啼鳥をLIVEで歌い始めた頃の動画は苦しそうで見ている方もつらいモノがあったが、今や、最後の高音部も含めて，やすやすと歌いこなしている。メロディのソロ演奏も惚れ惚れする。すごいの一言、これがBAND-MAID。メンバー一人一人の努力が卓越している。プレイオフ時には思い切りちゃらけているが、曲作りと演奏技術の切磋琢磨をかかさず、一人一人がストイックで相互にリスペクトし合っていると複数のメンバーが話していることはその通り受け取っておくべきだろう。リーダーがいない珍しいグループの中でMIKUはその才能と包容力で今もBAND-MAIDの中心と言うより「芯」として存在している、と見ている。

この曲では最高音のところでほぼ毎回ヴォーカルが破綻してしまうことをどの会場でも観客の皆さんのほとんどが知っていながら、それでも目一杯の声援を惜しまないことにヤラレてしまいます😭しかも裏でkanamiさんはタッピングかましているしその後シメのソロは胸にぶっ刺さるし。
にしてもなんでこの曲はリズムが取れなくなるところあるんだろ？と思っていたら３拍子→４拍子に戻すタイミングを１番と２番で変えているんですね。
プログレバンドでもないし、どちらかというとエモい曲なのに恐ろしいことをするなぁ彼女達は😱

@@Ohrenje WOW! It sounds so good! Aside from the Video editing, whatever you did gave a real boost to the typical fan cam audio.
By the way my Dallas and San Diego "From Now On" has some good close video (and audio) of Kanami. Most of my stuff is not much to look at, but a lot of it is good sounding. If you are doing that song please see if it is helpful.
@@jimmorrisonisamaidiac The combination of two very different sounding recordings worked surprisingly well. Then it was mostly multiband compression and EQ to balance it out. Maybe some stereo manipulation, I don't remember :)
