Sons of the illustrious Ustad Naseeruddin Saami, the Saami Brothers have been trained by their father in Khayal as well as Qawwali, and have performed across Pakistan as well as internationally.
The Dream Journey - Discovering musicians across Pakistan (A Non Profit Project)
This project will be the sharing of a special experience in which we hope you will want to participate.
Some of the musicians are established and famous, others are among the brilliant budding talent that adorns Pakistan’s musical scene. Each of the mehfils has a distinct atmosphere and mood, but there is a common thread. We asked each of the musicians to stay close to their respective inherited musical traditions, allowing the singers an opportunity to present some pieces that are rarely heard today.
We are inspired to present the brilliance of this contemporary Pakistani vocal music to a wider audience and seek your financial assistance in making this possible.

i love farid sahab version I was already fan of this song but this 'tarz' is very unique and emotion convey a different feel. While Farid sahab version is all 'insisting' love like of (Radha) this about 'devotional' love of (Meera).

I can't get over this version of this Qawali. It has been more than a week since I am listening it everyday. There are some classical music in Sindhi language as well and I am sure everyone will love it. My humble request to The Dream Journey is to please record some Sindhi musicians as well like Ustad Rajab Faqeer. Please promote Sindhi musicians as well 🙏🙏

Bhaijan Tanwir Khan saheb Asalam alaikum, yaad kerne ka shukriya. At 0.26 you can listen to Urooj Saami. He is a Khayal singer who also joins his brothers for qawwali. I love his voice particularly and the thehrao. Here they've added lovely rare nuances to this recital without being rushed and that is very enjoyable. I was fortunate to be seated next to their father the illustrious Ustad Naseeruddin Saami who can be seen sharing some intimate comments at one point.

The one playing the harmonium, you can see clearly how involved he is in the performance! Everyone sang and played beautiful, but you can just understand that he is completely immersed in his music, he is living the moment through his devotion and melody!
