This collection is really a masterpiece. I have to admit that since his SS 19 men's show was one of the weakest he did, I was afraid this could have been a signal that Dries was in a low creativity moment. Not at all. It is always fun to watch a show on video since one can look at the fabric mouvement, the light on certain material and the vibe brought by the music adding to the appreciation. But I strongly suggest to all of you to go take a look at the pictures of details shots of this one cause there is much to see that the quick view on the clip dont show. Dries did his usual 40's silhouette adding 60's pop references, military, romantic prints mixed with the plastic feathers who he did a much better then Prada made of them in her FW 2018 2019 show. Its a Nadia Comăneci moment lol ! One of the thing I realized, by watching it a couple of times, is how far it reaches in terms of audiences and customers.. This speaks to the Jil Sander client, the Marni customer even Dior or Lanvin girl... It managed to be excentrique yet keep a high level of sophistication that is often lacking to high concept products. For those who are looking for to spend a lil money on a special treat for summer this is among those pieces you should look.

I loved this collection. I have a passing interest in fashion I've always wondered what purpose goofy ass makeup serves? The same question applies to goofy ass styled hair? Never have quite understood it.
Schöne Schuhe! Der Rest macht mich zum größten Teil eher traurig. Einzig einige der dunkelhäutigen Mädchen laufen und sehen noch aus, wie man ein Model sehen möchte. Dem Rest möchte man eher etwas spenden, damit sie nicht ganz verhungern. Keine Ahnung, was das für ein Schönheitsideal sein soll.
This guy in the white longsleeves and the beard on the right side of the catwalk makes me absolutely angry, looking at his phone constantly instead of watching THIS! Some of us would give ther firstborn to attend such a show, especially in front row and that sheit is just ignoring whats happening. Mister, stay home the next time
dries van noten is almost always heartbreakingly exquisite. this collection was ,however , weak & unfocused & had moments of ugliness. fringe ? I fast forwarded to final walk through. sad. very little joy to be seen.

Visacadabra I actually liked his SS19 men’s collection. I loved the play of colors. It was fun and bright but still sophisticated and classy.
